	PICYA / RBOC The Pacific Inter-Club Yacht Association (PICYA) "The purpose of this corporation is to constitute an association of yacht clubs and boating organizations, to promote inter-club communications, yachting activities and the social interaction relating thereto, and to organize and conduct programs which enhance the general welfare of the member organizations" -- PICYA By-Laws Recreational Boaters of California (RBOC) Organized to protect and enhance the interests of recreational boaters. The way in which we go about attainment of these goals is our advocacy efforts before legislative and regulatory bodies of state, regional and local government.
